Hi! We’re looking for a long-term NYC rental starting in November, ideally before Mid November.
What we need:
- 1 or 2 bedrooms, with a separate den or office as a plus rather than a requirement
- Base rent under $2,600, total under $2,700 including mandatory monthly fees
- Elevator building, with a level step-free entrance, no walk-ups or entrance stairs
- Dishwasher
- Laundry in the unit or in the building
- Within a 17-minute walk of a subway station that has elevator access from street to platform

Open to Manhattan, Park Slope, Ridgewood, Bushwick, Clinton Hill and other NYC neighborhoods.
