Seeking 1BR Bungalow or Lower Level "Mother-in-Law Suite" to Rent (Blaine/Columbia Heights/Fridley/Spring Lake Park)

My ultimate goal would be to rent a one-story bungalow like the one pictured. It has 1BR/1BA plus kitchen, living room and basement units on each side of the property plus off-street parking adjacent to the alley. (I know, as I lived in one of them over 25 yrs. ago.) If I can't find something like that, I'm looking for a single-family home with an UNFURNISHED basement/lower level living space i.e. a "mother-in-law suite" w/private entrance, BR/BA, a FULL kitchen, den or living room, laundry, storage, etc. Also, off-street parking or a private driveway/garage space is a must have, and if the property was pet-friendly, that would be ideal--but not mandatory--as I share ownership of two, housetrained dogs that live with a former spouse.
Lastly, a caretaking or house-sitting arrangement for a home owner who travels for business or relocates during the winter months can gladly be discussed.
