I am employed, drama free, older male and looking to re-start.
Garage apartment, tiny house, studio, mother -in- law suite. Unfortunately, I do not have any rental history due to my
unfortunate incarceration. However, I have owned four homes in my lifetime....each one sold for 25-30% over my inital costs.
Due to remodels/flipping and taking care of the property.
