Seeking a responsible roommate. Rent is $500/mo month to month no lease. Wi-Fi, laundry, utilities, trash, driveway taken care of in winter, house privileges all included. Place has new vinyl flooring. $200 security deposit, will receive back if a months notice is given, no complications (stealing etc). Usually Wouldn't ask but after last roommate ugh. Would need to get post office box, post office is about a mile away. Please have transportation, job, no drama. I'm a former Army Veteran starting over. I'm easy going, quiet. Drinks cool. Green ok, smoking ok. Cool female roomie awesome but all considered. Interlochen here close to main corner on US 31/Maggie Rd. A dog ok but can't have cats (but love cats as well). Thank you.
