The three winding holes on the face indicate a mechanical Westminster chime movement (one hole for the timekeeping, one for the hourly strike, and one for the quarter-hour chimes). These elegant "Napoleon hat" or arched tambour styles were highly popular from the 1930s through the 1950s. Clock was recently serviced. Will consider reasonable offers.
