Brass Monkey - 25ft O'Day with a fin keel.
Fantastic for single handing or sailing with a crew. Great to sail. We've had her for 3 years and have explored the fiords around the sunshine coast thoroughly.
Sail inventory includes 1 main, 1 jib, 1 Genoa, and a storm sail. Front sails are hank-on. Main line at the mast. Boom vang line runs to cockpit, and front sail lines run to the cockpit winches.
Has not been pulled out for bottom paint recently , and will need that. She's been regularly scraped and checked by a diver.
Plenty of tools and extras with the boat , flares probably need replacement, fire extinguisher should be fine for another year at least.
I've had a career shift and need to move to the US so looking to sell as is. Love this boat and wish I could have done more with her. Happy to pass it on to someone looking to do the same.

* Solid hull
* bilge in good shape (dry)
* Small tender with evinrude 3hp (runs well).
* Deck is solid
* Electrical is fine but I had planned on upgrading ( new 5 gang rocker, 12 way blade fuse box, main battery switch , and 200ft of * Anchor marine (14 g) wire are included - all still in boxes)
* Depth/Fish finder is an old hummingbird works fine. I also purchased a new (still in box) replacement - so plenty of reliability - but old model units.
Bad
Keel may need some work as the last dive to clean the bottom (May) found a line at the front edge. (unsure how much work) Keel bolts look good on the inside.
Head plumbing seems weak and likely needs an upgrade.
Tiller handle needs a new set of spar varnish coats (8 coats lasted 2.5 years). There is a spare main tiller in good condition as well.
I have her on a mooring at the moment so no slip to pass on with the sale.
