Authentic; the chairs have the manufacturer's labels attached under the seat.
Dimensions: Height 32" x Depth 22" x Width 22.75" x Seat height 17.5" x Seat width 19.5" x Seat depth 16.5" x Arm height 25.5" x Weight 38 lbs.
Condition: These chairs are in very good condition with minor signs of use. The fabric is in excellent condition, has no tears or stains. The chrome has some minor hairline scratches and patina, mostly to the base due to normal use. In excellent structural condition (please see the photos)
