El Asadero Mexican Grill is looking for an experienced, energetic, and professional bartender to join our team.
We are a high-volume Mexican restaurant known for our vibrant atmosphere, handcrafted cocktails, and commitment to exceptional hospitality.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:**
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a busy, full-service restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, margaritas, tequila, mezcal, and premium spirits.
- Ability to prepare drinks quickly, consistently, and with excellent presentation.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during high-volume service.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and bar operations.
- Knowledge of proper alcohol service, sanitation, and responsible serving practices.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required. Must be able to communicate fluently and professionally in both languages, providing excellent customer service.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Create a welcoming and engaging experience for guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and follow portion-control standards.
- Work closely with servers, management, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all restaurant policies and responsible alcohol service regulations.
