We are seeking reliable, professional Independent Contractors (1099) for dedicated (7 days a week) local daily delivery routes starting out of Sebring, FL.
Compensation & Pay Structure:
• Pay: $200 per day / per route
• Schedule: 7 days a week available (consistent local daily routes)
• Payout Schedule: First payout is Net 21, followed by regular weekly payouts via Direct Deposit.
Route & Schedule Details:
• Launch Date: Routes are scheduled to begin November 12, 2026 (possibility of an earlier start, but not guaranteed).
• Pickup Location: Sebring Walmart
• Daily Schedule: Daily check-in at 1:45 PM. Loading begins promptly at 2:00 PM. Drivers must be able to commit to finishing all daily deliveries.
• Delivery Type: Residential and B2B package delivery. No grocery deliveries.
Vehicle Requirements:
• Permitted Vehicles: Cargo Van / High-Roof Van only (Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, or similar large cargo vans).
• Strictly Prohibited: No standard cars, pickup trucks, or SUVs will be accepted for these routes.
Driver Requirements:
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Be able to lift, push, and pull packages up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must communicate effectively and professionally with dispatch, Walmart team members, and customers.
• Own a modern smartphone with a reliable data plan to use the driver app for package scanning and map navigation.
• Must be able to commit to finishing deliveries daily.
