Updated, new interior trim, fireplace patio, deck support/railing, front stairs railings, cleaned out and cleaned up. Head beach campground trailer and site lease. We have been on site for 20 years. 30ft add on room with 2 futons, new refrigerator this week. 2 sheds, outside kitchen with grill and back area. Water and electric included in yearly dues. Amazing spot with beach, newer electric water heater. 24500 or best offer season runs to end of September. Dues this year are around 3600$ and going up slightly next year.
Has honey wagon for black and grey water that has to be emptied onsite at campground designated area.
