10x10 swim float. I believe the deck is made of Hemlock. It is around 12 yrs old, getting to much to handle. NO ROT! No Ladder. Pretty much ready to go. Located on Bachelder Brook in N Sebago... Probably best if it towed to your new location by your boat.
