I have a large 3rd floor office space for my engineering company. But I have 4 more spaces available. Two larger cubicles and two smaller cubicles. We have two bathrooms, and a kitchen. I cover internet, copiers (I do pay per copy, so as long as reasonable usage), wide format copier and scanner, and janitorial. $1200 per month for use of a large cubicle and get all the other stuff no cost, even my IT skills and use of the network. If you need more than one space, we can discuss price. I can provide 1 parking space.
