2510 South Charles Street, Seattle, WA 98144, Unit #4 700 SF: Cool unique loft style apartment on the first floor in a 4-PLEX property with exterior private entry and a private basement with full size washer and dryer. They don't make them like this anymore, open concept style unit with 2 large rooms, large closet, basic kitchen with cabinets, no dishwasher, no garbage disposal, older style property, cool bathroom with lots of storage, wood floors throughout, the colors of the unit are nice and bright and festive, 2 new ceiling fans, stairwell that goes down to private basement with full size washer and dryer, basement stays dry, people have used the basement as storage, office, work out area and hobby room. Most people have used the main floor as open living room and open bedroom. There is a 2nd backdoor entry with a private porch but this area is currently being repaired and hoping to be back functional in the spring. There is a small private front porch area for this unit as well. Clean cool unit, lots and lots of character. The property is chill and mellow with 3 other tenants that do have a couple of dogs FYI. The subject neighborhood is awesome, just west of MLK JR WAY and just east of 23rd Avenue. Each tenant pays a per person charge for water/sewer and garbage RUB. If you like old school concept units with lots of windows, cool colors and a basement this is the unit for you! Street parking out front, usually lots of parking, no crime or security issues. There is a bus stop across the street I believe it goes to Downtown Seattle. We take well behaved dogs and cats.
