Job Description
We are a global biotechnology and life sciences company seeking a friendly, outgoing, and professional individual to assist at our exhibition booth during a major scientific conference in Seattle.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with booth setup on November 11.
* Staff the exhibition booth November 12–14.
* Greet and engage conference attendees.
* Introduce visitors to our company’s services (basic training provided).
* Collect contact information from interested attendees.
* Distribute promotional materials.
* Keep the booth organized and presentable.
* Assist with general event activities as needed.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and friendly personality.
* Previous trade show, conference, or promotional staffing experience preferred.
* Comfortable approaching and engaging attendees.
* Reliable, punctual, and available for all four days.
* Background in biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences is a plus but not required.
