Unique rental in the former hayloft of a century-old barn once owned by the Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce, who stabled his horses below.

Though small it's charming, with a high ceiling and a south facing deck that invites sitting outside with a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Kitchen area, bedroom area, bathroom and a large main room. Like having your own house - no shared walls, no one above or below. Located on a quiet street near Madrona restaurants, with easy access to downtown Seattle or the Eastside.

Looking for someone easy-going and responsible. Rent is $1,800 a month (which we almost never raise) and includes utilities, wifi, washer/dryer and plenty of free street parking. Sorry, no pets but drum kits are OK. (One former renter was a drummer.)
