We’re seeking a roommate for our smallest and cheapest bedroom on the 3rd floor/attic. The cost is $550/month plus ~$100-150 for utilities.
The Room:
-About 10ftx8.5ft
-Has a shared bathroom on the same floor, shared with one other person and a (very sweet, social) cat
- Additional closet storage available
The House:
-Located in a safe and quieter part of North Beacon Hill, next to Bus routes 60 and 36, 15 minutes walking from Beacon Hill Link Station
-Spacious common areas
-Currently has 5 cats (We're at capacity for pets unless they’re small enough to be kept in a tank, sorry)
-Shared (free!) laundry, kitchen and art space
-Small kitchenette in attic area
-Open to new art and furniture in common spaces!
The Roommates:
-7 queer or queer friendly mid-to-late 20-somethings
-Kind, respectful, quiet, friendly and creative/artistic
-Open communication and good vibes
-420 friendly, cigs outside
-Open to (reasonable) parties and hangs :)
You:
-A queer or queer friendly person in your mid-twenties to thirties
-Kind to animals, especially cats
-Enjoy music (musicians in the house sometimes practice during the daytime)
-Financially responsible and able to pay rent on time
-Communicative and respectful of shared spaces
- Willing to maintain cleanliness and participate in shared household chores
-Able to walk up and down 2 flights of stairs to get to your bedroom
-Fun and enjoys people! We have the occasional roommate gatherings and house parties (with plenty of warning and boundaries)
