This sofa was originally in a local resort and became available through a renovation. This is a well built sofa with little signs or wear and tear. The mattress is memory foam and very comfortable. Cushions are a firm foam still in good shape, not broken down.

Pick up in SeaTac or I can deliver for reasonable gas money.
