We're looking for a REAL Skid Steer Operatorwho has ACTUAL experience running equipment on chip seal jobs. We are **NOT** looking for someone who drove a skid steer around the farm once or moved a few pallets.
If you can't confidently jump in the machine on Day One and go to work, **this isn't the job for you.**
WHAT WE NEED:
✅ Experienced Skid Steer Operator (**Experience is REQUIRED**)
✅ Chip Seal experience is a HUGE plus
✅ Willing to travel and stay out for extended periods
✅ Reliable, dependable, and ready to work
✅ Can work long hours when the season is rolling
✅ Takes pride in doing quality work—not just collecting a paycheck
