Free, sleeper chair/sofa. Pulls out to a twin size bed. You’ll need a new topper or mattress because the mattress is pretty thin. Otherwise it’s clean, sturdy, and ready for you to move ASAP. I am in apartments and right off elevator so no stairs, won’t be too difficult to move but it is heavy because of the bed. I am in West Seattle by Hiawatha Park. No pets, no pests, no children household.
