We are looking for a person to share our home in the North Ravenna neighborhood. It is a nice area and easy to get around by foot, bike, bus, or car. The houses in Ravenna are single family homes. There is easy street parking or garage for an additional fee. We like being near all the parks and our favorite Green lake. We are active and enjoy the outdoors both summer and winter. This is a great place for students and young professionals. Many grocery stores are close and range from 7-11 to PCC and Whole Foods Market. The area has coffee spots, bookstores, taverns, and restaurants within walking distance. The house is about ten minutes from University District, Northgate, and downtown. Our home is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom with large common areas. This is a unfurnished room looking out to the back yard and front. Sorry no animals. This is a great quite spot to live and call home. The utilities are included in the price. If you feel like you would be a good fit give us a ping.
