HR Direct Services is actively recruiting Commercial Field Maintenance Service Technicians for full-time, direct-hire opportunities throughout the Seattle area!
We are looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals with experience in commercial maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and field service.
If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and performing hands-on maintenance work, we want to hear from you!
POSITION DETAILS
Pay Rate: $25.00–$30.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Additional Requirement: On-call rotation
Service Area: Seattle, WA and surrounding communities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform commercial field maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment-related issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Diagnose service issues and identify appropriate repair solutions.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Travel to assigned commercial customer locations to complete service calls.
Document completed work, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Communicate professionally with customers and management.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Respond to service calls during assigned on-call rotations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Previous experience in commercial maintenance, field service, equipment repair, or a related technical role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned service calls.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Ability to work Monday–Friday and participate in an on-call rotation.
Ability to travel throughout the Seattle service area.
