All stainless steel Fleming Windvane. Comes with all accessories including regular vane and heavy weather vane, wheel drum, ss paddle, ss mounting struts, and all mounting hardware. Fleming (from Australia) is no longer in business, but some parts may still be available. The windvane was used to steer a heavy displacement boat across the Pacific in 2015-16. Cleaned/greased and stored in a garage since then.
