The Role
As a Sales & Design Associate, you’ll be a trusted guide for expecting and new parents. You’ll help families plan nurseries, build registries, and choose strollers, car seats, and furniture that fit their lives. You’ll also keep the store looking beautiful and help bring our community events to life.
What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and guide them through big purchases like cribs, gliders, strollers, and car seats
Lead registry appointments and help families build complete, thoughtful registries
Offer nursery design advice: layout, color, furniture, and finishing touches
Learn our brands in depth, including Nuna, UPPAbaby, Cybex, Stokke, Oeuf, Monte, and dadada
Merchandise displays, process deliveries, and keep the store guest-ready
Help run in-store events such as registry classes and product demos
Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships
What We’re Looking For
1+ years in retail sales, ideally specialty, furniture, home, or baby
A good eye for design and enjoyment of helping people pull a space together
Warm, confident communication. You enjoy helping people make big decisions.
Eagerness to learn product details and keep up with training and role-play
Comfort lifting and assembling furniture and gear (up to [XX] lbs)
Availability on weekends and some evenings
Nice to Have
Interior design or styling experience
Knowledge of baby gear, or experience as a parent or caregiver
Car seat technician (CPST) certification, or interest in earning it
