Hi there, I'm looking for a roommate. You will get the masters suite upstairs with its own private bathroom. The kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and garage are shared spaces. The garage is only for storage/bicycles, so no cars in there pls. You'll also get your own garage door remote. Parking is available on the street, and the back lane for the townhouses is only for ingress/egress/washing your car/dropping things off. I'm the only other person that lives here.
- Location: West Seattle, near White Center. Target, QFC, and Safeway are a 2-minute drive
- Your space: Private bedroom with your own bathroom
- Rent: $1,250/month includes utilities and Internet.
- Move-in cost: First month + $1,250 refundable security deposit
- Income requirement: At least 2x rent ($2500/month)
- Pets: None allowed. Also the neighbor's dog sometimes hangs out in the shared front yard
- Smoking: None
- Parking: Street parking, the garage is for storage only.
- Entry: You'll get a garage door opener so you can come in through the garage whenever you feel like
- About me: 33, straight male, quiet, and tidy and do pottery as a hobby. I love to listen and enjoy hearing my friends gush about their eventful/uneventful/boring/exciting days.
