Must have experience in multiple areas of repairs / handyman work / property maintenance & Supervision
- Must have experience managing people
- Must have experience with computers / phones / software / technology
- Must have experience scheduling
- Must have experience working directly with tenants & customer service
- Must be able to complete work orders in a reasonable time frame
- Must be willing to conduct safety meetings / run meetings / speak in front of small groups of people
- Must be knowledgable on building codes & safety
- Must be willing to enforce human resource & safety guidelines including employee disciplinary action
- Must be willing to ensure jobs are moving forward & completed
- Must be able to take direction & training
- Bachelors degree prefered but not required
- Construction management / project management experience a plus but not required
- Speaking spanish is a plus but not required
