Saltoro is currently seeking a part-time line cook. We are a small, independent restaurant located in North Seattle, right off Greenwood Ave. Close to buslines with plenty of neighborhood off street parking.We are open nightly from 5:00 PM to 9:00/10:00 PM and are closed for most major holidays.

Qualifications for the ideal candidate:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Solid understanding of food safety
- Ability to work with urgency while maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Positive attitude
