It's in overall great condition, with only minor signs of wear. It was framed professionally with pine and a glass pane. On the back, there's a sturdy piece of picture wire for hanging. The signature appears to say R. Phillips with a little cross at the end. I did some research, and unfortunately, was not able to come up with any information. There also doesn't seem to be any additional identifying markers.
I've been buying and selling for over 20 years and am finally getting back into letting some things go.
