THE SPACE FEATURES:
Complete Privacy: Your own separate, private entrance and a fully private bathroom.
Kitchenette: Equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and a two-burner cooktop. (No oven/dishwasher inside, but you have full, welcome access to our main house kitchen whenever you want to bake or cook larger meals!)
In-Unit Laundry: Premium washer/dryer located in an attached laundry room (conveniently shared with our household on a flexible schedule).
Bonus Perks: Access to a peaceful, wooded backyard, shared outdoor patio spaces, and readily available street parking.
RENTAL DETAILS & LOW UPFRONT OPTIONS:
Rent: $1,300/month (Utilities completely INCLUDED: water, sewer, garbage, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi).
Move-In: $1,300 First Month + $500 Refundable Security Deposit. To make moving easier, the Last Month's rent can be entirely broken down into an affordable monthly payment plan over your lease!
Terms: Initial 6-month agreement with a strong option to extend. Single occupancy only.
House Rules: No pets (our friendly dog and cat rule the domain) and no smoking inside the unit. Renters insurance, credit, and background check ($50) required.
ABOUT US:
We are a friendly, community-minded teacher and counselor household with two teens (here half-time), a small dog, and a cat. We love hosting occasional weekend BBQs and music, and we are proudly LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly! We love making new friends but deeply respect personal space and boundaries, you will have total privacy here, with zero pressure to socialize unless you want to.
