This is a rare attachment for the Mantis gas powered tiller tool and is a 24” double-sided hedge trimmer for up to 1” thick branches. This tool has never been used as I’ve been in favor of the battery trimmers for convenience, but from what I’ve read is this is powerful and gives a nice trim when connected to the Mantis engine. No box or instructions, but the assembly looks simple enough and there is instructions online for this model 2224.
