We are currently hiring for our MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN role at various apartment communities. If you want to get into the property management industry we can provide you with opportunities to showcase your skill set.

Requirements:
• Basic mechanical aptitude (Handyman skills)
• Prior experience in property management maintenance is preferred, but not required
• Solid painting skills
• Basic plumbing and electrical skills (pipes under the bathroom and kitchen sink. Outlets, fixtures and switches)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with regular and timely attendance
Responsibilities:
• Inspection of grounds, common areas, trash rooms, and clean as necessary
• Apartment turns
• Work orders
• Health and Safety maintenance (smoke alarms, etc.)
• Maintain courteous communication with residents, on-site team and management
