Upstairs room in a charming 5bd/2ba 70s Ballard house. There is a full kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette with a full fridge in the basement. The house has central heat and a/c, an enormous fenced backyard (dirt plots for gardening!), and mountain views of the Olympics and Rainier. There’s lots of free street parking (no permits needed).

We’re four professionals (28-35) in technical and creative fields. We're warm, silly, and fairly social. We like chatting in the common areas and occasionally enjoying some TV or a board game together. We also enjoy our alone time and there’s never pressure to hang out. We're intentional about creating an inclusive, welcoming home for all identities and have a history of being an LGBTQ friendly house. We have two cats, Bug and Tiny.

We’re a 3 min bike ride to the Burke-Gilman and Edgeworks Climbing, and a mostly flat 20 min walk to Ballard Ave nightlife and restaurants.

Details:
- $600/month + about $80/month utilities
- $50 lease processing fee
- $725 deposit (one fifth of the deposit for the whole house)
- No pets (we already have two cats)
- Yard maintenance included in the rent
- Managed by RPA (great experience over the past 10 years)
- The landlord is ideally looking for: 700+ credit and 2 year rental history
