We are ~5-15 min walk from the Roosevelt light rail station, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, 2 Safeways, UW North Campus, Ravenna Park, Green Lake, and basically anything else you could need or imagine.
The house is large, with wood floors and lots of bright windows. It's on a quiet street, has tonnns of storage, a driveway to park in, and a fenced backyard.
You would share a bathroom and kitchen with 1 person (there is a second bathroom/kitchen downstairs), and have a private room with a spacious closet and windows that look out at the yard (lots of trees). We are both quiet, neat women in the mid-20s-30s age range, and like to do art/crafts and walk around. We also have cute and friendly cats, so we are looking for someone who likes cats but does not have any pets.
