We are currently seeking professionals in:
• General contracting and commercial tenant improvements
• Handyman and general repairs
• Carpentry, cabinets, and countertops
• Drywall, painting, and wallcoverings
• Flooring, carpet, LVP/LVT, VCT, and tile
• Doors, locks, storefront systems, and board-ups
• Glass and glazing
• Fencing and emergency barricades
• Demolition and debris removal
• Concrete, masonry, asphalt, and striping
• Plumbing, drain cleaning, and irrigation
• Electrical, lighting, low-voltage, and signage
• HVAC and refrigeration
• Roofing, siding, waterproofing, and gutters
• Landscaping, pressure washing, and exterior maintenance
• Janitorial, turnover, and property-maintenance services
• Fire watch and security personnel
• Restoration, water extraction, mold remediation, and disaster response
• Welding and metal fabrication
• Marine repair and maintenance
• Other commercial specialty trades
We are especially interested in contractors who can handle small commercial work orders, short-notice assignments, after-hours calls, and emergency response. You may apply as an individual technician, small crew, or established company.
Applicants should provide their service area, trades, availability, standard and emergency rates, licenses, insurance information, and examples of previous work. Trade-specific licenses are required where applicable.
