We are seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal with at least two years of experience to support our dynamic litigation practice group. Our key areas of focus are real estate and construction litigation, business disputes and complex contracts, and design professional liability claims across all venues in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
Candidates must have a demonstrated understanding of document and e-discovery management, including expertise in using e-discovery software (such as Everlaw), interest in the use of developing technologies such as Generative AI, project management capabilities, and exceptional attention to detail. Our ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and resourceful.
Main duties of this position include:
• Discovery and ESI Management: client data harvesting; custodian interviews; responsiveness and privilege review; assisting with complex searches and key document identification; document management and organization; and process document productions of all sizes and in various formats.
• Assist with trial preparation and support
• Deposition/Exhibit Management: assemble and prepare exhibits in support of motions and for other purposes; assist with deposition preparation; prepare deposition summaries.
• Assist with fact development and case chronologies.
• Investigative research re businesses and individuals (assets, skip tracing, litigation history etc.).
• Coordinate and manage witness and expert witness information.
• Assist with other needs of the litigation group.
Secondary Functions:
• Attend staff, firm meetings, and firm events, as required.
• Support litigation group development
• Answer, screen, and respond to phone calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• This position assigns basic scanning, copying, filing, printing, mail preparation, binder preparation, and other basic administrative office tasks to Legal Support Assistants.
Education and/or Experience:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); undergraduate degree or some college is beneficial.
• BA/BS and/or paralegal certificate a plus.
• Minimum of two years of Paralegal work experience
• Expertise in complex e-discovery management is highly desirable.

This is an hourly, non-exempt position working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation range: $75,000 - $125,000 annually DOE.
