This is an all around Lead role with strong experience in all restaurant stations and positions.
You must have upbeat and clear communication skills (writing, speaking and technical), be professional and friendly, honor your work commitments and be able to provide leadership and work cooperatively with everyone.
Duties and Requirements:
Grill, Finisher, Expo, Wheel, Order Taker and lead/supervisory background ideally has1-2 years of BOH stations in a fast paced restaurant. Must be able to manage orders and complete menu items quickly and accurately, following strict proven recipes.
All job requirements:
Must be able to quickly and calmly respond to customer and ticket orders quickly and accurately.
Must be able to work quickly under pressure, follow instructions and adapt accordingly.
Responsible for safely preparing and properly storing food, supplies and equipment.
Must be able to lift, carry and safely move up to 50 pounds of products, supplies and equipment.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and have a sense of urgency.
Able to stand for long periods of time, make visual inspections, work in a tight, fast paced, warm/hot environment.
Must be a strong reader, excellent communicator, team oriented and comfortable with technology - email, texting, possess a working cell phone.
Candidates must have or readily attain a Washington State Food Worker Card, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, be friendly, flexible, willing to learn and jump in where needed.
