Elite Horticulture is the maintenance side of Terreworks, a Seattle-based landscape company. We maintain high-end residential properties, the kind of landscapes that take real plant knowledge to keep looking right season after season.
This isn't a mow-and-go route. Our clients expect precision pruning, healthy plants, and beds that look intentional year-round, and we hire people who take pride in that.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining high-end residential landscapes: mowing, edging, pruning, seasonal bed maintenance, plant health checks, etc.
- Spotting plant health issues early and knowing how to address them
- Running routes independently or alongside a crew
- Working outside in all Pacific Northwest weather, rain included
What you bring:
- Plant care and pruning knowledge, or a real willingness to learn it
- Reliable and on time!
- Comfortable working outdoors in any weather
- 18+ with an valid Driver's License.
- Landscape maintenance or horticulture experience preferred
What we offer:
- Wages $22.00-$25.00+/hr based on experience
- 4-Day, 10hr/day workweek
