Starts up quickly within about one minute.
I've had the printer for a little more than a decade and it has been great and given me few problems. I typically print no more than about 1 - 5 pages at a time now and some times a page does come out crinkly, which is typical for an aging fuser/roller assembly on this series. But not super often. I use it very rarely now.
Weighs about 50lbs and will require at least two strong people to move down a half flight of stairs and I am unable to help lift.
Located on north Capitol Hill near Volunteer Park and St. Joe's Church in a residential neighborhood where parking is not too bad.
