Location: Greater Seattle / Eastside area
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay: Competitive hourly + bonus/incentive structure (discussed in interview)
We're hiring a client services consultant to guide warm, high-intent clients through a consultative, relationship-driven sales process for a private luxury service practice. Average transaction size is four to five figures. Leads come to you through an established process — your job is to follow up, build trust, present pricing, and close, while also owning the coordination that keeps a high-touch practice running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Respond to and close warm leads over the phone and in person, following our established intake process
Follow up on existing quotes and re-engage clients who haven't yet booked
Guide clients through the full journey from inquiry to close to scheduling to follow-up care
Set up and coordinate procedure dates, including day-of logistics
Participate in procedures as part of the client experience and coordination process
Present pricing, packages, and financing options confidently and persuasively
Own your full pipeline: intake, follow-up, scheduling, and close
Track your own conversion rate and pipeline health
Prepare and send client quotes; keep client records and paperwork organized
Maintain a full, organized scheduling calendar
Keep the office clean and organized as part of daily operations
Support a high-end client experience with exceptional communication and responsiveness
What We're Looking For
Proven high-ticket closing experience (real estate, luxury retail, medical aesthetics, financial services, concierge services, or similar high-consideration sales)
Comfortable and confident calling clients — this role requires proactive outreach to warm leads, not just inbound response
Strong follow-up discipline — you don't let warm leads or old quotes go cold
Polished, professional communication style suited to an upscale clientele
Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced private practice environment, including being present for procedures
Calm under pressure with a natural ability to build trust and rapport
Leadership potential — as the practice grows, this role has the opportunity to manage additional team members
Compensation & Growth
Competitive hourly base pay
Bonus/incentive structure available — details discussed during interview
Warm leads and an established process — you're not starting from scratch
Growth opportunity within an expanding, high-demand luxury practice, including future team leadership
