Help emptying a storage unit: pack and ship board games, sell furniture (Wallingford / Stone Way)

I live out of state and need a reliable local person to clear out my storage unit near Stone Way N and N 36th St in Seattle. It is mostly board games and furniture.
What the job involves:
- Walk through the unit with your phone and send me a video and photos so I can decide what goes where.
- Pack the board games I want to keep and ship them to me in Florida by UPS or USPS, whichever is cheaper. I will reimburse postage and boxes.
- Help me sell the furniture locally (photos, listing, meeting buyers for pickup), or arrange donation or haul-away for what does not sell.
- Leave the unit empty and swept so I can end the lease. The target is the end of November.
What I am looking for:
- Lives in or near Seattle, with a car, SUV or van. Access to a truck is a plus.
- Can lift furniture, or has a friend who can.
- Reliable and good at texting photos and updates.
- Reviews, references or past work like this are welcome.
This will likely take one or two visits, maybe 6 to 10 hours total. To reply, tell me your hourly rate or a flat price for the whole job, when you could start, and what vehicle you have.
