If you like trees you'll love this place. It's a quick hop to I-5 and Aurora, an easy commute to Seattle or Lynnwood.
It's a 1950's single story rambler - I live on one side, you would have the other.
We would share kitchen and laundry, that's about it. I don't use the porch much, you could basically take it over.
In the kitchen we would have totally separate counters / working areas. I'm not a vegetarian, but I'd rather not share the house with somebody who fries lots of meat; There's no outside window in the kitchen so ventilation is not ideal.
I'm light on my feet and don't slam doors. Shoes off indoors please.
I'm a very busy, independent person, but I like to talk sometimes.
Absolutely no smoking, including vaping, incense, intense use of fragrances, or anything else that might be an air quality issue.
