I'm looking for an experienced, licensed barber with an established clientele who's ready to work independently in a private studio.
Unfortunately, due to an upcoming shoulder surgery, I've recently been medically unable to continue barbering. Rather than let my studio sit unused, I'd love to give another barber the opportunity to build their business in the space and potentially take over my existing clientele.

📍 **Location:** Capitol Hill, Seattle
💰 **Your Cost:** $900/month
🏢 **Regular Rent:** $360/week
📅 **Available Through:** February 2027
🔑 **Access:** 24/7
