Job Title: Framing to Finish Carpenter
LCM Builders is looking for full-time carpenters with framing to finish experience. We are a Seattle based company with projects throughout the surrounding areas.
CARPENTER QUALIFICATIONS:
• 4 years of custom residential carpentry
• Remodel and New Build Project experience
• Knowledge of materials, methods and tools needed in the construction of buildings and other structures
• Ability to keep accurate records, perform timekeeping and electronic document submittals
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record
• Must have appropriate tools to perform the work/tasks
• High level of accuracy and pride in your craftsmanship
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
