Sendai Studios, a professional recording studio in Seattle, is casting native speakers for a paid voice data recording project.
What it is:
You’ll read scripted and conversational material in your native language in our studio. The recordings will be used to train AI speech systems, including text-to-speech and synthetic voice technology.

Brazilian Portuguese: Female+ Male
European Spanish: Male + Female
Mexican Spanish: Male+Female
Canadian French: Female+Male
Italian: Male + Female
Indonesian: Male
Arabic (UAE): Female + Male
Arabic (Egypt): Female + Male
Arabic (Kuwait): Female + Male
Arabic (Saudi Arabia – Gulf): Female + Male
Thai: Female+Male
English (UK): Male + Female
PROCESS:
Audition: You will need to record several minutes of your voice on your phone to submit as an audition to the client.
If selected by the client, we will schedule a recording session which will take between 2 and 4 hours with compensation of $1500

Requirements
Native or near-native fluency in one of the languages above
18+ with valid government ID
Clear, natural speaking voice. No acting experience needed.
Able to come to Sendai Studios in Sodo

Selected participants sign a consent agreement that grants the client rights to the recordings. That includes creating synthetic voices that may sound similar to yours for use in commercial products. The project is non-exclusive: you’re free to keep doing voice work and other projects. We’ll walk you through the full agreement before your audition, and happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have!
