We’re a busy, established multi-dentist and multi-hygienist dental practice in North Seattle looking for an experienced dental assistant interested in establishing a long-term temp/fill-in relationship with our office.
This is a great fit for an experienced assistant who enjoys flexibility and would like to pick up additional shifts without committing to a regular full-time schedule.
We’re primarily looking for someone we can call on when members of our assisting team are out for vacation, leave, or other planned absences. Depending on your availability and our needs, this could range from an occasional single-day shift to several days or a full week at a time. The frequency, days, and hours would always be discussed in advance and arranged to work well for both parties.
What we’re looking for:
* Experienced dental assistant who can comfortably step into a busy general dental practice
* Reliable, professional, and comfortable working with multiple dentists
* Able to assist with general restorative procedures and typical chairside duties
* Someone interested in becoming a familiar, dependable fill-in member of our team over the long term

This is not necessarily a set weekly position although it could transition into one if you would like to eventually. We’re looking to build a relationship with the right person so that when we need additional assisting coverage, we have someone experienced who already knows our office and team.
