Cosmos Cleaning is looking for experienced cleaning subcontractors in the Seattle area.
We handle residential cleanings, deep cleanings, move-out cleanings, and Airbnb turnovers.
This is subcontractor work, not an employee position.
Requirements:
2+ years of residential cleaning experience
Own reliable transportation
Own cleaning supplies/equipment
Active UBI / business license
Liability insurance
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Good client service skills
Able to follow checklists
Able to take before/after photos
Pay:
Flat-rate per job based on the size and scope of the cleaning.
Residential jobs can average around $30–$55/hr equivalent, depending on the job, speed, quality, and scope.
Airbnb turnover pay is structured differently. Cleaners receive 100% of tips when tips are left.
