Position Details:
Pay: $21.30 – $24.00 / hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Seattle, WA

What You’ll Do:
Assist lead installers with the removal, preparation, and installation of residential windows and doors.
Help carry, load, and unload materials and tools safely.
Maintain clean and organized job sites and service vehicles.
Learn industry-best installation techniques and product knowledge.
Deliver professional, respectful service to our Seattle homeowners.
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to lift heavy materials (windows, doors, tools) regularly.
Reliable transportation to work/shop.
Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Previous construction, hand tool, or trade experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate!
