My labor prices for ROUGH-in WIRING:
$800 for any bedroom: 4 outlets, 1 light,
$550 for bathroom: 1 outlet, vanity light, exhaust fan, and overhead light.
$1200 for standard kitchen wiring: 4 counter outlets, refrigerator, electric range, hood/microwave, disposal, dishwasher, and 2 lights.
$600 for living room: 2 sets of lights, 4 outlets, and entertainment center outlet.
$400 outdoor/porch wiring: 2 outlets, 2 lights.
$600 for laundry room: washer outlet, dryer outlet, GP outlet, 1 light
$2500 for breaker panel,
$1500 for a sub-panel.
These prices are for open walls setup. Materials are not included in, but usually they are about in the same range with labor. So, just double this price for total pricing on rough wiring.
Labor prices for FINAL WIRING:
Bedroom:
- $200 without ceiling fan
- $300 with ceiling fan
Bathroom - $150
Kitchen - $400
Living room - $300
Laundry room - $150
Any extra outlet or light - add $100 for rough wiring AND $36 for final wiring
