About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, fast-moving team member to join our kitchen team in a combined Dishwasher + Food Prep position.
This is one role with responsibilities in both dishwashing and food preparation.** Team members in this position will move between keeping our kitchen clean and organized and supporting daily food prep based on the needs of the operation.
This role is a great fit for someone who likes staying active, works with urgency, keeps their area clean, and is comfortable jumping between different tasks throughout the shift.
What You’ll Do
Dishwasher + Sanitation
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, containers, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized dish area
- Keep sinks, floors, work surfaces, and surrounding areas clean
- Properly handle trash, recycling, and compost
- Restock clean dishes, tools, and utensils for the kitchen team
- Support opening, closing, and deep-cleaning responsibilities
Food Prep
- Assist with cutting, chopping, portioning, and preparing ingredients
- Prepare sauces, garnishes, produce, and other menu components
- Follow recipes, prep procedures, and portion standards
- Properly label, date, rotate, and store food
- Maintain a clean and sanitary prep station
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

- Able to switch between dishwashing and food prep as business needs change

A successful Dishwasher + Food Prep team member helps keep the entire kitchen moving.
That means clean dishes are available when the team needs them, prep is completed correctly and on time, food safety standards are followed, and the kitchen stays clean, organized, and ready for service.
This position is not exclusively a dishwasher role or exclusively a prep role ,both are core responsibilities of the position.
