We are a small contracting firm of high-level craftsman in the custom residential space. We typically perform the framing, steel erection, siding, architectural steel fabrication and install and small foundation form work in house. Our projects are typically in the Seattle and Eastside areas. We perform and work at a very skilled and professional level as the homes we work on are demanding in detail and quality control. We are not a production environment but are a hardworking crew and not bothered by weather. Requirements:

Reliable and on time every time
Professional conduct and appearance (this does not mean no tattoos etc. we love ink too)
Fluent English Speaker
Some relevant construction experience and obviously lots of it for the upper pay scale
Complete nail bags, some hand tools, top quality boots and rain gear (more tools does not mean more pay, we have tons. We are hiring your skills and not your Knaak Box and truck)
You want to work on a small team and not a large one

Non-requirements:

Truck with a full compliment of tools, ladders etc. We work as a team onsite and provide all the primary gear
Ability to paint, patch drywall, set a toilet, etc. We are Carpenters and can handle steel work not handymen, "jack of all's", or a service department
