CONSTRUCTION LABORERS / CONSTRUCTION CLEANERS / FINAL CLEANERS
Seattle & Eastside | $25–$30/hr DOE
We are hiring reliable, hardworking people who actually want to work.
We have jobs throughout Seattle and the Eastside, including Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, and occasionally areas farther north.
This is construction. We need people who show up on time, come prepared, work hard, follow directions, and get the job done. If you regularly call out, show up late, disappear after a few days, or can't complete your hiring paperwork on time, this is not the job for you.
PAY: $25–$30/HR DOE
Pay depends on position, construction experience, cleaning experience, and ability to work independently.
WE ARE HIRING:
Construction Laborers
Construction Cleaners
Construction Final Cleaners
ALL APPLICANTS MUST:
Be dependable and show up ON TIME
Have reliable transportation to get to jobs throughout Seattle and the Eastside
Have and wear all required PPE
Be able to follow instructions and work safely
Be ready to work when you arrive
Complete all required hiring paperwork promptly
Provide the required employment-eligibility documents for Form I-9 / E-Verify
Be able to work as part of a crew and independently when required
CONSTRUCTION LABORERS:
Must have at least 1–2+ years of recent construction experience. You should be comfortable working on active construction sites, performing general labor, site cleanup, moving materials, assisting trades, and handling other tasks as assigned.
CONSTRUCTION CLEANERS / FINAL CLEANERS:
You must have previous construction-cleaning experience. We are specifically looking for people experienced with new residential construction and multifamily properties.
This is not regular house cleaning. You should understand rough construction cleaning and/or detailed final cleaning and know what is expected when preparing a new home, unit, or building for turnover.
